One mailbox. There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting something, and this site is built not to.
What to write about
- A bug. Tell us your browser and what you were doing. A screenshot helps.
- A shape or template that is missing. These requests genuinely shape what gets built.
- Something wrong on a page. Notation errors especially — please say what it should be.
- Anything about privacy or advertising. Answered properly, not fobbed off.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a lost diagram. Diagrams are stored in your browser and never reach us, so if browser storage is cleared there is no copy anywhere for us to send back. Export anything you would be sorry to lose.
What happens to your email
We read it and reply. Your address is not added to any list and is not passed to anyone. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. See the privacy page.
